Each paper is reviewed by at least 3 PC members.

Submission instructions

Authors are invited to submit their original papers which are not currently under review in any other conference or journal. All submissions must be written in English, follow the standard guidelines of the Publisher. Manuscripts must be prepared using Latex, or Word. Submitted technical papers must be no longer than 12 pages for full papers, including all figures, tables and references. All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 program committee members. Prospective authors should send their PDF files electronically through the Microsoft CMT submission system.

CMT acknowledgment

Similarity, plagiarism & self-plagiarism

All submitted papers will be checked using iThenticate before being sent to reviewers. For indexation, the overall similarity rate should not exceed 15%, and the similarity rate to a single source should not exceed 10%. The report is provided to help you revise your manuscript if necessary. The conference will not be able to provide a score/report for the revised manuscript.

Paper format

Oral communication

Oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length, with 10–15 minutes for the author and 05–10 minutes for discussion with participants. Presentations may be literature reviews, scientific research articles, or professional experiences.

Best paper awards

The overall Best Paper and Best Student Paper Awards will be given and recognized during the symposium.
