- Format: half-day/full-day, talks/panels/tutorials.
- Program plan: schedule outline (sessions + duration).
- Organizers: names, affiliations, short bios.
- Logistics: AV needs, software/tools if hands-on.
- Ethics & safety: responsible, non-harmful content.
