  • Format: half-day/full-day, talks/panels/tutorials.
  • Program plan: schedule outline (sessions + duration).
  • Organizers: names, affiliations, short bios.
  • Logistics: AV needs, software/tools if hands-on.
  • Ethics & safety: responsible, non-harmful content.

Clear scope, realistic agenda, strong organizers.
