CyberAI’26 Camera Ready Guidelines
Please prepare and submit your final camera-ready paper according to the official Taylor&Francis publication requirements and conference instructions.
Important Notice
At least one author must register and submit the camera-ready files before April 15th, 2026. Failure to complete registration and submission by this date may result in the paper not being included in the proceedings and the final program.
Publication Information
All accepted papers of the CyberAI 2026 Symposium will be published by Taylor&Francis and indexed by Scopus and DBLP. Authors must carefully follow the camera-ready instructions, respect the formatting guidelines, and submit all required documents.
Camera Ready Preparation Steps
Camera Ready Paper
Revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments received by e-mail. Make sure your final version follows the Taylor&Francis guidelines and uses the official CyberAI 2026 MS Word template. Latex is not accepted.
Similarity Check Requirement
The similarity index must be below 15%, and AI-generated similarity must be 0%. Papers exceeding these limits will not be considered for Taylor&Francis publication.
Number of Pages
The camera-ready paper is strictly limited to 12 pages. No extra pages are permitted. This requirement is mandatory for publication.
Registration
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the full registration fee by the official deadline.

Name your camera-ready file using your Paper ID, which is the number received when you submitted your paper through Microsoft CMT.
Copyright Form
The corresponding author must complete and sign the Taylor&Francis copyright form.

Required Files

Publication Eligibility
Only papers meeting all submission requirements and registered by May 31th, 2026 will be eligible for publication in the Taylor and Francis book series. Please ensure that your paper is carefully edited and meets quality standards.
